Under Pressure Print Shop provides custom embroidery, screen printing, apparel decoration, and related services for personal, business, promotional, and organizational use.

All services are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pricing may change based on garment selection, artwork revisions, order quantity, production requirements, shipping costs, or material availability.
Quotes may expire if not accepted within the stated timeframe.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment, deposit, or written approval is received, as required by the Company.
Full payment may be required before production or shipment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including garment sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, and artwork approvals before production begins.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other content to the Company, you represent and warrant that:

You own the rights to the materials or have permission to use them.
The materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Under Pressure Print Shop is not responsible for verifying ownership or obtaining permissions for submitted artwork.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order containing content deemed unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Digital proofs may be provided for approval prior to production.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs for errors, including spelling, grammar, sizing, placement, and colors.
Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of the final design.
The Company is not liable for errors approved by the customer.

Estimated production times are approximate and not guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.
Delays may occur due to supplier shortages, shipping delays, equipment issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Rush orders may incur additional fees.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by the Company.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Due to the custom nature of embroidery and screen printing services:

All custom sales are generally final.
Returns or refunds are not available for customer-approved custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect or error caused by the Company.
Any claims regarding defects, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund orders at its sole discretion.

If customers provide their own garments or materials:

The Company is not responsible for damage caused during embroidery, printing, pressing, laundering, or production processes.
Variations in garment quality may affect final print or embroidery results.
Customers assume the risk associated with customer-supplied items.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Under Pressure Print Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Under Pressure Print Shop and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Submitted artwork or content
Violation of intellectual property rights
Misuse of products
Breach of these Terms

If applicable, users of our website agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with website functionality
Upload malicious software or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Your use of our services may also be governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting or distribution.
